I’ve been doing some research and I came across two very interesting statistics.

That is the number of people that scanned QR codes with their smartphones in June 2011. To me that is WONDERFUL.  It tells me that people are starting to use them.

Now businesses need to do their part and make it a valuable experience! Don’t waste the person’s time taking them to your web site. – make it time well spent.

Next, 300%

A company reported that their customer feedback went up 300% by using technology to collect it. They had been using the dreaded comment cards, and moved to a simple technology solution.

That increased response is so important. Getting more responses gives you a better picture of what is really happening.
